Forster now ready to sign
Acording to the Express, Neil Lennon had a lengthy phone call with the Fraser to make him aware he couldn’t afford to wait on him much longer.
Peter Lawwell has been in talks with Mark Curtis, Fraser’s agent, for weeks but Curtis seems to have wanted to wait to see if any interest from the Premier League materialised which it has failed to do.
Hopefully the goalkeeping siotuation can be sorted out as soon as possible so we are prepared for the Champions League.
Celtic eye Tranmere defender
The agent of Tranmere defender has confirmed Celtic are interested in Danny Holmes who plays at full-back.
Holmes can also play as a central defender and is in his second spell at Tranmere after a spell with Welsh side The New Saints.
His agent said: “We know of Championship interest but Scotland is the better option and Celtic is a club he would be extremely interested in joining.”
Whether this is genuine or just another agent trying to increase interest in his client remains to be seen.
